Great fresh market potential. This late season, fresh eating European Plum ripens early Sept and is semi-freestone. The fruit is dark purple with green-yellow flesh. It’s medium-sized, juicy & sweet. Tree is productive, has good disease resistance and is a cross between Imperial Epineuse and Grand Duke. It originated in Vineland, Ontario, Canada, 1967.

The scions arrived in good shape, with plenty of buds and with clear labeling. However, USPS shipping is not reliable. The package was delivered to us 8 days after it was shipped, enough time for the scions to emerge from dormancy. I grafted them immediately and am hoping for the best.
