Description
The fruit of this early season Pluot is purple, yellow fleshed, medium sized, sweet & richly flavored with only a slight tartness in the skin. Tree is vigorous, requires 600 chill hours, is precocious and is very productive. It blooms early with beautiful springtime blossoms, has an upright habit and requires significant pruning. It is resistant to bacterial canker & bacterial spot. It was Introduced in 2002 by Dr. Dick Okie, USDA-ARS, Bryron, GA. Dwarfing rootstock recommended.
