A powerhouse variety. This Apple is also called Gold Rush. The fruit is medium size & round-conical with yellow-green skin tart flavor at harvest which mellows to excellence after 6-8 weeks in storage. Tree is resistant to scab, is moderately vigorous, is heavy yeilding and is annually productive. It is extremely popular among local organic growers. Excellent keeper (to April or May), best after storage.
