First black seedless variety. This seedless Grape is also good for wine, jelly & the table. The fruit has small-medium blue-black berries of extremely high-quality that are sweet, spicy, fine textured & highly flavored with thin smooth skin and flesh similar to the yellow-fleshed Himrod. It’s clusters are medium-large, loose, heavy, well-filled. Vine has medium yeild, is highly vigorous and is resistant to mildew. It is a cross between Ontario and Russian Seedless. It originated in Geneva Station, New York, 1976. Keeps well on the vine. USDA Hardiness Zones: 5-9. 2016 Eugene Fruit Show Favorite 2016.
