The fruit of this late season Apple is firm & crunchy with fairly intense flavor. It keeps on the tree through tempuratures down to 26f. Tree is moderately vigorous and is susceptible to scab & coddling moth. It is slightly challenging in organic systems. Great keeper on the tree.
